The new SelfCooking Center® whitefficiency® was recently launched onto the market. The core of this innovation is called HiDensityControl. According to the details provided by the market leader, HiDensityControl is a quantum leap forward in terms of cooking output and quality. You can load 30% more – in the same size cooking cabinet.

Consumption of resources is also reduced by 20% compared to conventional combi-steamers. The range of applications has also been greatly extended with HiDensityControl.
